Safe Arrival at Liberty Landing Marina in New York
We had a great trip up to New York from Cape May, the weather was perfect. The wind settled down once we passed Atlantic City and the ocean smoothed out a bit. First Leg Completed Annapolis,MD to Cape May, NJ
We've completed the first leg of our journey safe and sound. It was a beautiful day and a fantastic trip. We were able to average about 25 knots and had 1 foot seas. We headed up the Chesapeake to the Delaware and pulled in safely to our lovely slip here at South Jersey Marina.

A bit of background - the beginning of the trip
Sorry this is out of order, but we've experienced technical difficulties! Following the Annapolis boat show we decided to take a long overdue family boat trip (family being Carl, Laura (that's me, Carl's wife), our 3 year old daughter (we'll call her F) and our 5 month old son (we'll call him N).

We have now completed our fall boat show season with the ending of the Annapolis Power Boat Show. It was a rainy and cold affair, but successful nonetheless!
My wife and the kids arrived yesterday evening and we are now preparing the boat and ourselves for the trip up to our home harbor in Milford, CT.
